SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Payment

Payment using a manual bank transfer, then your order will be processed after you confirm the payment and the funds have been received.

  • Transfer according to the nominal transaction, the account number and transaction details will be sent to the email address you are using.

  • We will check the payment and immediately process your order.

Payment via Virtual Account and Credit Card will be automatically confirmed

Shipping

  • If you make a payment before 3 pm (Bali time), your order will be sent on the same day. Otherwise, will be sent on the next day. 
  • We did not make shipments on Sundays. For those who make transactions after 3 pm on Saturday, it will be sent on Monday.
  • Delivery via J&T and JNE, estimated 1-2 days for the Bali area and 2-5 days outside of Bali (depending on the sub-district)..

REFUND POLICY

We will always ensure that the products sent will go through a good selection and packaging process. Even so, there may be some products that are sent not in their proper condition.

If you get damage, errors, or receive a product that doesn’t match what we show on this website, you can process a product return.

Product returns are a maximum of 7 days when the product arrives, product returns will not pass if it is claimed for more than 7 days.

Product return conditions:

  2. Take a photo of the product and describe in detail the problem you are getting.
  3. Please send the product back to the address provided by CS.
  4. Send proof of transfer or expedition receipt.
  5. We will send a replacement product soon.

If the stock of the product you purchased is empty, we will return your money 100% without deducting any fees.
